Poor service

I've been trying for over 5 days to have my Toptv technical problem to be fixed as it has been playing without any sound all this time Ive sent several email I called and still Im not getting any help. We are watching the without any sound and I dont know why another problem is the Toptv is on my brother"s name but Im the one whose paying it every month so whenever there is a problem they can"t talk they want to talk to him only even though I try to explain that he is never home most and Im the one they can talk 2... Can they please fix this or can I hv my money I payed for the entire month Im tired of their poor service so tired..
