Trading by Tops resulting in public drinking and indecency by university students

Over the 3 years Myezo Spar started trading liquor at a 200 meter radius from Walter Sisulu University in Mthatha. Myezo is also a residential area for many. This is resulted in uncontrollable masses of students drinking and getting drunk and performing lewd acts of indecency.
Litter and house break ins have skyrocketed over the past year. Their happens on a daily basis next to a very heavily trafficked national road the N2.
This has caused a lot of discomfort and fear from community members as the police have failed to assist. The only solution is closure of this liquor outlet.
