I have sent Mr Mokandabile numerous e-mails with no respond. It is regarding my application for a Mobile DJ license. When I contacted him he promised to get back to me but NOTHING!!! This is quite the opposite experience I had from working with SAMPRA. Mr Thabo might have some sort of reason why he has not responded but until explained I would say its purely due to incompetence. Shame... EISH!
