I am now for tree weeks without any mweb but they deduct the money from my account every month. I have spoken to at lease nine people at the service centre and they keep on promising that some body will phone me back but so far no joy. I ask them to cancel my subscription but they refuse that and say I must give 30 days notice. I have been on the phone sins 12h10 to 12h28 and still wait for them to assist me. You just get the voice reply tel you to keep on holding you are in a automatic queuing system. I dont know what ells to do to get any assistance from them
