I phoned in the call centre today; I was on hold for like 20mins as always. I have been a customer for Multchoice for long now and all I simply asked was for my premium extra view please do a double debit for 25feb; but what do you know was given a 120 excuses for them not to do it; things like the system is automated, but funny enough sometime beginning of 2013 I asked to do a double cash payment on 25thJan 2013 and they told me that couldnt happen unless if I was a debit order payment customer; I switched to debit order; now I am asking them to do a double debit on 25th February 2014 and they say no, I feel very cheated. If you disconnect my viewing; just know you have lost a customer I will not reconnect with them, will go to Netflix
