Disgusting attitude

I just got off the fone with a girl from multichoice and oh my word what bad service, I called in coz my boyfriend's service was disconnected. I told her it goes off via devit order always and we've never experienced this, she then replies obviously coz the debit order returned unpaid, she was so unfriendly and our whole conversation was with her bad attitude and rude tone. Like she did not willingly help me.
