Pathetic service. No come back

On Sat 4th I went to Multichioce to ask for a statement & was told one would be emailed to me. I received it indicating the amount owing Feb was R351.82 as I had previously overpaid.
Last week I got a statement for R400. I called & one dept cant see what the other dept is doing so was told I would get a revised statement. To date this hasnt happened. I am sure R351.82 is coreetc so why did the account dept then revert to my monthy contribution & not take in to account the overpayment. Multichoice must employ the same people as work for the rates & taxes, water & electricity dept. All clones of one anothet
