Poor Service - Complaint not resolved for over a m

I am so disgusted in the poor customer service I received from TopTV. The actual transmission is clearly floored, I have spent thousands on calls to the call center. I have tried every avenue of contact and just when I think the problem will be resolved, I get excuses. I was told to buy the new HD box, I took my old box in and it works... this place has no common sense and no respect for their customers pockets. I am yet to enjoy a full days viewing. the old Afrikaans saying "goed koop is duur koop" definitely applies here. Who will reimburse me for the days I did no enjoy and all my calls i made, which mind you left me on hold for more than 30min at times. or the consultant just drops the call when they cant explain what the problem is. I even drove to the office on more than 1 occasion all I got was empty promises.

I am sitting with 2 boxes. Poor HD Reception which just disconnects without warning. I have dealt with numerous poorly trained consultants. 2 Supervisors and a manager who requests my info but never bothers making contact with me.

TopTV is a! and a rip off. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and be expected to pay. Enough is enough!!!
