Can't whatch TV anymore

I've been with Top Tv for almost 4 years and haven't had any problems what so ever, but ever since Starsat took over everything went downhill from there. I received 5 sms's saying "thanks for payment" in one hour, for a month now we can't watch TV as the signal keeps on getting lost., a message appeared saying "If we experience problems with star sat we should send a sms to a number provided, I did and still no feedback. This is just ridiculous. I'm on the margin of moving to DSTV...
