Shambles at Computickets with Website and Service

Recreation & Entertainment

I was attempting to print my tickets to a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert, but was unable to log in to the website. Did not receive any error message, but it somehow just wouldn't log on. I sent a request to change the password but even with the new password it would not log on. The website has a booking number as well as a technical issues number but both redirect to bookings. The lady who I spoke to did not know how to deal with my query and I had to repeat my issues repeatedly, and the fact that Computicket had redirected me to a different site for the pre-booked ticket seemed to confuse the matter even more. Twice she killed the call but claims that they have problems with their system, and when she could not help me with my query and I asked to speak to the supervisor, she said that John, the supervisor, was not able to take my call. I said I'd wait but she insisted that she take my number and he will phone me back. I'm still waiting for his call. I am very disappointed and this is not the first time that Computicket has not been up to scratch. They think because they have a monopoly on ticket sales in South Africa they can treat their customers however they want. Horrific.
