Hi there

I have a problem the kind of service I have been receiving or not receiving from you guys. last year I changed my debit-order date to the 13th Dec as that was the day I got paid and as of Sunday the 4th January I wasted almost R200 worth of airtime trying to reach you guys and being kept on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time I was at long last able to speak to someone on Saturday (11/01/14) trying to revert my debit order back to the 25th of each month and the service and answers I got disappointed me as I as a customer was left feeling as if it was at fault for not getting a hold of you guys in time although trying to explain that I was kept on hold for so long and for so many times I got frustrated. So as I am writing this I am expecting my service to be switched off when I get home tonight.
