Rude Manage

I went for lunch with my family on Saturday the 11th of January. We were a table of 10 guests. The waiter brings me a substandard lime milkshake then dissapears for a long time... anyway i had it but i told him when he came back. I said it was just to notify him and he stated that he needed to let his manager know. I then watch him go to the manager with my glass as well as my nephews glass as he also complained. This guy (manager) gets this very condescending and arrogant look on his face barking remarks at the waiter saying he will only replace the one with very bad hand gestures.

I saw this and told them that i do not want anything coz he made it look like we were trying to score a free Milkshake. I was totally mortified and highly annoyed.

In the service industry how is it that Managers have no regard for what they show their patrons!!

I am utterly disgussed and will take my business somewhere else in future! ~!
