For most of December I could not even watch our local channels, I mean come on ETV is FREE in SA. I have call them over 20 times, visited everyday for the past couple days, they continue to promise me with the world and nothing happens. They call me to increase my tariffs and pay no heed to I have a problem and cannot watch TV. The call centre tells you to continuously restart the decoder and they dont even know what the settings look like, everyone has their own version of what the problem is but no one has a solution, I am so fed up with all of this. To top it all Jacky the technician tells me he only works Mon-Fri and cannot help me over the weekend and theres nothing he can do. They send another installer who now disconnected everything. Where do we draw the LINE, my advise: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TOPTV PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET IT. They say you get what you pay for, now I understand why multichoice is more expensive, the quality outdoes toptv anyday. I have no choice but to change and will demand a refund on all of my cost.
