Bad service, undetstaffed, unacceptable

I normally go to the Cape Gate branch, but organised a baby sitter and wanted to treat my wife to a "better" experience at the more expensive Tygervalley branch. I'm currently standing in the queue to buy popcorn for the last 50min. They're under staffed, unorganised and just made our experience a very bad one. My movie probably started already. I came here today with the expectation to receive the experience you pay for and received the worst movie experience I've ever received. Will make sure all my friends hear about this on facebook & twitter.
