Pay for PREMIUM but don't have it

I am a DStv subscriber since 2009. I subscribe for the Premium DStv but still I do not have all the channels. When you phone them they keep you waiting for hours and then nobody knows what you are saying. My installment is deducted via debit order but this is poor service and I want it sorted out.
