I've been an DSTV customer for year and I used to pay yearly but this year cause of the bad service I have been receiving I decided to pay monthly then change the package I didn't't know as from the 17 December Avery day in the morning I'm switched off I need to buy airtime call they customer centre no responses until my air time is finished then I send an email which I will get feedback after hour today it 27 can u imagine as from the 16 calling, emailing and my tv is switch on without any explanations to why it was switch off the call agent are talking different stories Avery day that 1 should have done this or that but at the end I'm paying
