Many problems

I made a booking about 3months ago and asked for a ground floor unit close 2 pool n reception etc.
When I get to sun city I've been given the worst room ever. Our room is a mile away, n I have kids! my patio opens to a staff walkway with a wall! I did advance bookings so I could get a decent room with a decvent view!
Then when we do get to the room, the dstv channel doesn't work, I requested a babycot which I had to ask 4 3 more times, and only arrived when we got back to the room @ 11pm when I had to call for it again, the door would not lock from the inside!
It was a lot of hassle and a complete waste of my tme as my day was wasted trying to get sorted, then I get told they will see what they can do the next day! so I could not get settled or unpack and relax, we didn't sleep well as I didn't feel secure enough, and then to top that off, when I get up in the morning the bathroom is kind of flooded under the sink!
I feel it was a waste of my time and money, and as for the standard of the room, not upto much!
