Denial by manager of NU Metro V&A

After having a terrible expierence at the v&a waterfront cinema when myself & 3 of my friends 2 saturdays ago whilst watching long walk to freedom. It was the credit card machine for printing tickets not working, airconditioning in cinema not working resulting in over 200 people suffering in unhygienic & hot conditions breathing the same air.. & the cinema itself was litered with dirt from disused packets etc.

The manager just denied everything & basiclly said it was my word against his & did'nt bother replying... Not even a reply from headoffice Nu Metro even after I sen 2 emails to there complaints department...

Pathetic... it's sad that we have to tolerate companys with bad service like this in South Africa...
