TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED

Im a regular movie goer especially this mall as its closer to my home. i normally take my wife and kidz if its weekend but last weekend i though ill spoil myself to a movie.by arriving there was a line &hence people wanted to see our fallen hero on the big screen. i noticed that the guy who was a manager on duty was taking people unside the movie house without selling them tickets. and i approach him to ask what was happening as people were getting impatient with the line. he just ask me that do i have cash and i said yes and he (manager) said ok give it to me and you'll just waltz through. i asked about ticket and seat number and he said that is not a problem and told the cashier (Dineo) to sort me out. she looked at another monitor and tell her manager the available seat and ask if we need a change as i was holding a R100.by the way they carried on i realised that they are not registering the sales in the system but taking cash for themselves. i just said no thanks ill stand on the line but could see them doing it to other customers. Where was Florence and the dreadlocked manageress as im sure she must be back on leave by now its xmas time. they must do something and fast!!!
