Bad attitude and phone hang up

I bought the new DSTV explora, I called Muiltichoice for assist. The lady was very rude to me. she did not want to answer any of my question. she did not even explain to me how I am going to pay the extra R70. I am left in the dark. As a muilti-choice premium customer I really did not expect such bad service.

I wanted to rate her service after the call but she hang-up the phone when I was still asking her some questions. If I cant get assistance from the call centre then I am doomed.

I am very sad and shocked.
