Ster-Kinekor

As with other people I have found it impossible to get any real service, I have also been sworn at and told t F@! $ off.
The staff do not control lines and help those who cannot use cards.
I watched a staffer with her finger 4 centimetres up her nose behind the refreshment stall.
I go to PE often from the farm to visit our children but will NEVER set foot in a Ster-Kinekor movie again.
My children and their friends don't go either.
So I do not feel any pity when the movies are ripped why should I care, and I suspect this letter will get very little response except sorry sir.
