PAYING FOR NO SERVICE!!

For the THIRD month in a row I have been experiencing this problem.

The past 3 days my Top Tv account has been switched off (Service is blocked) and on numerous times, I make use of the prepaid option as it is more convenient. Each morning I get up and get the same message displayed on my TV. My wife phoned the call centre once again this morning at 07:11am and got told it will be on in the next 10min, which never happened. At 15:09pm she phoned the call centre once again and spoke to Veronica, which also told her it would be sorted out shortly. You hear this every time AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 20MIN. Up until now 16:56pm it is still not working.

Question being, when will this be sorted out and WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE DAYS I HAD NO SERVICE BUT PAID???

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM ANY COMPANY.THIS WILL BE THE REASON FOR YET ANOTHER PERSON CANCELLING TOPTV AND PAYING R60 MORE FOR DSTV JUST BECAUSE THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE IS 110% BETTER!
