Call Centre does not answer calls

Hi

Tried contacting starsat callcentre today 1-12-2013. No answer and call centre no rings continously for over 10 mins. This is totally ridiculous as I have wasted my money without getting my problem rectified. No point in having a call centre if no one answers the call. I have a decoder that continously resets and cannot watch tv because of problem. Dear Starsat please contact myself as I need to know what is wrong with my decode
