Ad attitude and terrible service

I went to Galaxy world entertainment today the 30th Nov 2013, at 2pm to drop off my friend's daughter for a birthday party. i walked in pushing my groceries in a trolley. out of no where, an old white guy came on to me pointing at the door pushing me towards the door, saying "no trolleys allowed here", i thought he was one of the parents. while busy reversing to the door i tried looking at the note that said "SORRY WE REGRET NO TROLLEYS ARE ALLOWED HERE" to my surprise there was nothing stating anything about that rule, i then politely said to him..."they should write a note on the door". i personally follow the rules anywhere i go and dont have have any problem with the "NO TROLLEYS ALLOWED RULE" my problem was his Immature and unprofessional response. he said..."I DONT CARE, IM THE OWNER I DONT CARE, IM THE OWNER"! if he is the owner i feel sorry for the brand he is representing and the image of the company to be backed by someone like him, someone who doesnt repsect people more especially his Customers, people who put bread in his table, he should be ashamed of himself as i am disgusted by his behavior he was even drunk because i could even smell the alcohol when he came to m
