Appalling service

Missed the entire second half of Liverpool game standing in a que waiting to get served food and drinks. They have absolutely no system in place at these vendors. What makes it worse, having reached the front of the line, security decides to close the place down. I will never put myself in that situation again. Using calculators to serve hundreds? really clever. A third world country, we definitely are.
