Disgracefull and embarrasing service

Who in todays economic crisis has the money to rent a dvd? Its much easier to buy a dvd on the corner or just get DSTV & download the latest dvd's. So one has to ask the question on why you would get in your car & drive 7km's to rent a dvd, to get disgraceful and embarrassing service? Why? Well that's what happend when you rent at MR VIDEO 1 RUSTENBURG (@ SQUARE SPAR BRANCH) I went there to ask (as a extremely loyal) customer, my dog is lost can I put a flyer on the window, I got humiliated by the managers answer of NO not on the window, counter fridge nowhere! telling me im ridicules and the owner will just laugh me off if I dare calling him 3 days later I go back to rent a dvd, as I walk in I see them "snorting" about me & the managers has the nerve to stand up to inform me to go to a other DVD shop I asked her to backoff and leave me alone, she still go's @ me next day, I return them & rent another the just as rude counter lady informs me I need to bring all the dvd's back, she cant help me, I asked why & she said nothing, she still gave me the dvd after phoning to speak to the rude manageress or owner. Have people no respect for the clients? What a disgraceful place to support!
