Inaccurate mobile app booking information

I recently booked on the ster kinekor application to go watch a movie at Brooklyn mall. on the application when choosing my seats it showed that the row i chose was 3 rows from the front. on arrival in the cinema our row number was the front row. if i had know this i would have never went to go watch the movie and waste my money. this is unacceptable, and the booking information shown to customers is inaccurate. i am extremely unsatisfied as i am an avid movie goer and go to the Brooklyn mall cinemas every single week.
