Heavy building noise late in evening

We are staying at the old vacation club apartments at sun city. Yes the apartments are old and need a revamp, however not late at night while babies are trying to sleep and people are trying to relax for a holiday. Very bad planning and absolutely unacceptable!!! Spent lots of money for 2 nights and do not feel this is acceptable at all..
