Good day. I will try and be civil while writing this complaint. My amounts mentioned may be out by a few cents. Approximately June we purchased a HDPVR and had it activated. I was given an amount to pay which was R725.40 yet when billed it was for R49 more. The R49 was for DSTV Mobile which is supposed to be included in the Premium fee. I had cancelled the Drifter account when I bought the Walka almost a year previously but it was seen that I had both still active. I was threatened with disconnection. I refused to pay, after a lengthy discussion with a black lady she finally woke up and realised their mistake. I was promised a refund on the R49 extra paid for almost a year but yet have not received a cent. Every month since June I go through the same exercise, I get told I short paid, I speak to some or other bright person, they say after lengthy arguments its rectified and the next month it is the same story. I have gone to Multichoice in person several times hoping that would solve the problem, and it is still not sorted. My requests to speak to a supervisor is refused every time. Is there some intelligent being at Multichoise that can sort out this once and for all, please?
