To whom it may concern

I am totally dissapointed with the service at ster kinekor gateway. I understand their is construction goin on at gateway, however there was a noise of people banging walls on Saturday when i attempted to watch the movie (the purge) The noise occured during the coarse of the entire movie and it was a terrible distraction.
I had friends from Cape Town that accompnied me to the movie and all three of them were totally dissapointed as well.

Please address the authorities at gateway and advise what action will be taken.
