Bad Attitide / incorrect Info

As i am getting no luck from the call centre, and a loyal subscriber from the start. I am so dissapointed with the service, and promise that my service would be switched on between 3 and 6 this morning.
I also asked to speak to a Manager a 3 o clock yesterday. I left my number and was told he was on lunch. I recieved no call, and was told wrong information and just a lack of attitude for actually caring for its customers.
