Channels closed without Notification

Good Day

I am a loyal good paying client and i pay my subscription on time every month and now i have few of my Channels that are closed. Mzansi Wethu, magic World, Mzansi Music, Dumisa, etc have been closed and month end they will not deduct half they amout they want a full pay.
