TOP TV ROBBED ME MY MONEY

Top tv failed to send maintainance people to fix my decoder which did not have a signal, as a result my voucher for R279 expired without me using it. Each time I called the call centre they kept on promising to sms me the numbers of people working in my area that do repairs. The last time I phoned them I insited that they give me the numbers telephonically. Which they did, but the first guy was nolonger employed by them, and the second number went straight to voicemail. Top tv failed to sms me numbers to resolve my query, but were able to sms me a reminder that my voucher will be expering on the 14th of January, since I bought it in on the 14th December 2012. Kindly look into this matter as I am currently not happy with the manner which I was attended to, I would like my R279 to be installed into my top tv account, since It was not used. I paid for services not rendered to me.
