We rented some large glass cocktail glasses as center pieces for a party they were supplied chipped and were deliberately wrapped to obscure the fact with no mention being made of the damage.

Upon returning the items after inspection we were told we were responsible for the damage to two of the five items, when we denied the damage one of the workers admitted that he knew of a damaged item being supplied to us and yet did not note it.
