Poor Quality

I've had a complaint already about the poor service at the cinema but this is now getting ridiculous!!! My family and I went to watch We the Millers today at 12:00 in cinema number 2 and the screen was out of focus and I had to go get the manager to come make the screen right!! Not just me another lady also came out after me to ask if it's a 3D movie!!! Seems like we starting to get shoddy service now from Numetro when you would expect it to be almost 5 star!!! It's like going to Ster Kinekor although they cheaper!!! It's the 2nd time we've had to look for someone to come fix the screen!!! Is this the kind of service that is going to carry on???
