What a waste of my time!

Yesterday I got an SMS asking me to call 082 16789 to book VIP tickets for Gateway Smurfs 2 screening - I called back within 2 hours and was told that the tickets was sold out over the weekend! This is poor adevrtising as then why did you SMS me AFTER the tickets were already sold out? I wasted my time and money calling you and the girl on the phone was so slow as well, I wonder where you hired her from from. I am VERY disappointed in your organisation, or shoudl I call it DISorganisation as you shoudl have been more professional.
