BAD SERVICE AND A FRIDAY NIGHT WITHOUT SERVICE

A slight stom hit the area and as always due to some rain signal was lost, however i did not regain signal after half a hour and called multichoice, above consultant answered and checked the signal strengh with me which was 0 and to whcih she responded there was nothing she could do, This absolutely infuriated me as there is a swervice being paid for here and as a client i do not want to hear there is nothing you can do and expect the issue resolved, i have now gone a friday without viewing and will expect a refund for all the days i go without viewing from now, this is your issue and if a installer needs to access problem you arrange . please resolve and feedback
