Multichoice
Incorrectly handed over to ITC

I received an sms quoted below,

"You have been handed over to ITC-BA by Multichoice Operations (PTY) LTD balance R624.33. Please contact 0873502639 or deposit into Acc name Multichoice, ABSA, 632005, Acc no 170000072 Ref ###"

Can you please sort it out before I am forced to take action against you. Remove the bad credit rating you have caused.
Also please explain why my account was handed over to ITC, while my account is up to date?
