Ster-Kinekor
Late for their own show

As a special treat I kept my son from school today so that we can watch Turbo at the Irene Village Mall Ster Kinekor. I choose this venue due to the fact that their early morning show is at 9 in the morning - leaving me with enough time to still grab lunch and put my child in bed for his afternoon nap. I made the booking via the Internet and then just swiped my card at the allocated machine. Well - we were there at 8-45. We arrived at closed doors. At 8-57 I yelled at the staff to open up because the show starts in3 minutes! At this time there were still no one at the ticket office - so customers were still having to wait to buy tickets. We have not been able to grab popcorn and could not get our 3D glasses. Remember - no one at the ticket office. Eventually whe managed to go in but now I had to try to manage 2 popcorns, a slushpuppy and bag and 3 year old into our allocated seats in the dark! I would have let this go but the exact same thing happened when we went to watch Cars a few weeks ago on a Friday when it started showing. If you have a 9 o clock show - you cannot allow staff to arrive at work at 8-50.
