Incompetence?

Hello

On the 25th Jan 2012 I notified your Mr Tshepo Gezane about the Mrs A Keyser's DStv magazine subscription to my residential address which I wanted cancelled. I bought this property in April 2009 and since then nobody by the name of Keyser has lived here. But the magazine keeps coming.

I recently sent you a scan of the address that you use on the envelope but your Ms Carol Mabaso says that you cannot delete the address from your mailing list as you cannot trace Keyser's account! Your magazine is the only post that I receive for Keyser.

Good reasons for cancelling Keyser's magazine subscription to my address are therefore:

1 She does not live here and I don't know her.
2 If she is still a MultiChoice subscriber she clearly has not complained about not receiving her magazine.
3 It appears that she no longer has an account with you and is therefore no longer one of your clients.

Would it help if I sent you a sworn statement, certified by SAPS, that Keyser does not live at my address?

As a MultiChoice subscriber I really do expect a more helpful and proactive service from you.
