Is this how we treat people with disabilities

Last night we attended the Rihanna concert and to be honest the organisation at the concert completely ruined the experience. We have 2 friends in wheel chairs and so we bought tickets for wheelchair parking. When we arrived no one was able to tell us where the parking was or how to get there from where we were. after speaking to 5 parking guards who were unable to help us someone decided to let us into hospitality parking but they did not consider the three flights of stairs to get up to the stadium with wheelchairs. we when we tried to sort it out we were shouted at and told to get back in the car and were lead to another parking lot and told that it was our fault as we should have arrived earlier - which we tried to do as we left at 5:30 from Randburg. The attitude of the staff worsened as they behaved like they were doing us a favour trying to sort out something that was actually due to their complete lack of knowledge about the venue they use on a regular basis. They eventually let us park in VIP parking after which we had missed most of the concert and when we got to the door they told us we had to go back round the stadium as we were not near our seats. A ruined experience
