SELLING MOVIE TICKETS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE

My kids (ages 3 and 7 yrs old) head back to school this week, so I took the day off to spent time with them - part of the plan involved taking them to a movie. They were super keen to see Planes in 3D - which at R74.00 a ticket is quite frankly marginally unaffordable ( -R225.00 for 3).

But I duly making the booking online (this was to ensure its wasn't full, to facilitate the best seats possible and to avoid any form of disappointment), bought along our 3D glasses and we made our way through to Eastgate - swiped my credit card and purchased the popcorn and cokes.

On entry to the cinema area we are informed that the "theatre" was being furbished and that that Planes was not showing. I was then questioned on how I bought the ticket - I explained that it was off your OWN WEBSITE (!). I was given 3 vouchers and we ate our popcorn on the drive home. Because I had my kids with me, I tried to remain upbeat and positive, saying we could go another time.

However, I am not upbeat and positive about my SterKinekor experience - that was far from a GREAT MOMENT AT ITS GREATEST. Quite frankly your 3 vouchers came up short.

I sincerely hope you can redeem yourselves.
