I ordered a costume to be made one month prior to the event. Numerous calls were made to the establishment to confirm that everything was on track. Each time, I was promised that there was nothing to worry about and that I will receive my costume when needed. On the day of collection, I received a call from someone else in the company saying sorry but they are no longer able to make the costume. I could not speak to anyone in charge and the person I had been dealing with, Shihaam, was off sick. I managed to speak to the dress maker, Fatima, who promised me that she would make a plan - I would get my dress in time. Instead of collection at 3pm, I could collect at 5pm (but she finished work at 16h30??) I will try my luck and re-post a compliment if all goes well this afternoon... Im VERY frustrated at the moment.
