To whom it may conern

I bought a presold ticket only to stand outside. I feel if the venue was too packed the tickets should have been sold out. In minutes time it's my birthday and im still outside for this. I want a refund because there aren't any bouncers at the door after three hours of being in a que and freezing out here. This was poorly organised and a rip off to fans of the show.
