I have DSTV Select 2 bouquet which gives me Skynews. ENCA is not available on this bouquet, only on more expensive ones. But its just been launched on the Skynews platform, and is available to UK audience. What is so special about ENCA that we have to pay a premium for it, afterall we can get all the same news from radio 702 every half hour and its free.
