Claiming TV licence has outstanding

My name is Mr Ian Nyar. Date of Birth 05 Aug 1960. My address is 8 lakson Place Effingham Heaight Durban.
The house ha been given to me from my mother. The TV licence is on my mother's name. Her name is Mrs D. Somasundram. The TV licence is paid up to date on her name. I have all statement to prove this. SABC has instructed their Debt collectors to claim unpaid TV licence from me on my name (Ian Nyar). I don't know were did they get this information from. I have requesting from the Debt Collector to send me the type of TV and serial number which is on my name and they do not response. I have NOT registered TV license ant any time. All TV licence is on my mum's name and it is paid up to the current year.
