No projectionist at Waterfall Mall -- again!

Yet again we made the effort to get to SK in Waterfall Mall Rustenburg early, this time to see the 9.05 Sunday movie (August 4), and there was no projectionist. All five cinemas stood silent for more than an hour, with increasingly upset patrons and some who insisted on refunds, their Sunday morning messed up. It's not that long ago that the same thing happened to us here before.

No apology, not even the offer of a consolation complimentary over and above the normal ticket. In an era when SK should be working so hard to persuade us away from home media, this really is not good enough. My wife and I are movie enthusiasts and try to go at least once a week, but glitches like this are really not helping.
