BAD SERVICE WASTE OF MONEY PAYING FOR DSTV

We have paid our dstv last week friday 26 July 2013, to date we cannot be able to watch the tv due to the error messages my husband spent the entire week calling the useless call centre, infact he was wasting artime with this useless service and the most irritating ;part about this service they dont even have complaints department this multichoice, if they dont fix this they will have to refund us our money back if they cant maintain their service, i want my money back and they must cancel this of theirs, i cant keep on rebooting for the whole week i cannot even watch one channel with this of their we hAve been calling the entire week speaking to different agents for WHATTTT? exactly nothing it keeps saying reboot reboot reboot this is irrittating i know for sure they wont even respond to this complaint definately
