Paid for concert tickets but no feedback!

I bought a ticket from plankton.mobi for the Billy Talent concert in Cape Town, 23 Aug 2013 (I am a big fan I haven't seen them live yet) I paid via EFT, with the given details on their site. Once paid I logged out of my plankton.mobi account (thinking that everything was sorted. Only to log in again to see "my tickets" with nothing showing up (not even a ticket pending) I paid on the 30 July and my account STILL shows nothing!

I had emailed Tiaan to tell him what was wrong. He said that someone would contact me that day (31 July). Nobody contacted me, so I emailed him again to tell him - still no response!

A friend of mine bought her tickets through that same site and she has hers, no problems.

I really want those tickets, I really want to go see Billy Talent. I NEED those tickets.

Such poor service, it's shocking!
