When will you call me back???

I have sent Multichoice, an e-mail, I tried contacting you, and I've left you a message on your website. 2 days ago alreay!!!? When will you be coming back to me?? Really??? I must say! Worst service I've had in a while!! I want to know where is the nearest branch where I can buy myself a smartcard, mine is lost. I am in the Natal (stanger, umhlanga, ballito area).
